It All Started With a Dream

French swimmer Théo Curin who races with no arms and no legs asked Lacoste a simple question:
“Could clothes be designed for bodies like mine and for everyone else, too?”

Lacoste said “Yes!” and invited him to co-create the first collection ever to bear the name of a disabled athlete. For a whole year, Théo and creative director Louise Trotter sketched, tested, and refined pieces meant for all abilities.

Why We Told This Story to Kids

Children learn inclusion through the stories they hear. By showing how design can welcome every body, we spark young minds to rethink what fashion and friendship can look like. Simple tweaks like snaps and loops become everyday acts of kindness, teaching kids that differences are reasons to connect, not divide.

One Collection, Endless Possibilities

Stories like this fuel WOW Films’ mission: 1 Million Tickets → 1 Million Children. Each child who learns that style has no limits will stand against discrimination tomorrow and that’s exactly what our upcoming feature, “WOW: The Unifier,” is all about.
